Terms of Service

Moegent is a personal assistant. You give it tasks; it does its best. By signing in you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the service.

• Use Moegent for any lawful personal or business purpose.
• Connect your own third-party accounts (Google, GitHub, email, etc.) so Moegent can act on your behalf.
• Cancel any time, export your data, ask for deletion.

• Use Moegent to send spam, harass people, or break laws in your jurisdiction.
• Try to extract other users' data, reverse-engineer the service, or abuse the underlying providers in ways that violate their terms.
• Use Moegent to impersonate Moegent itself or claim affiliation we haven't granted.

When you connect a third-party service, you authorise Moegent to act on your behalf within the scopes you grant. You remain responsible for any action Moegent takes via your connected accounts. We strongly recommend keeping the approvals queue on for anything irreversible (sending external messages, deleting data, spending money).

Moegent is provided as-is. We aim for high availability but can't promise zero downtime. Your assistant runs on shared infrastructure that may occasionally restart, lose mid-flight context, or become temporarily unavailable. Critical work should be backed up on your side.

To the extent permitted by law, Moegent is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including missed messages, mis-sent emails, scheduling mishaps, or data loss in connected services. Our total liability for any direct damages is capped at the amount you've paid us in the prior 12 months.

Paid plans renew monthly. You can cancel any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and is not pro-rated.

We may revise these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Moegent after that constitutes acceptance.
