Privacy Policy

Moegent is a personal assistant app operated by Antigravity Ventures FZ-LLC ("Moegent", "we", "us"). Contact: hello@moegent.com.

• Account info — phone number you signed up with, and an optional display name. We never sell or rent it.
• Conversations — messages you send to your Moegent assistant and its replies. Stored in your isolated workspace so the assistant has context across sessions.
• Connector credentials — when you connect a third-party service (Google, GitHub, your email account), credentials and OAuth tokens are stored in your isolated workspace and are never shared across users.
• Operational metadata — usage timestamps, quota counters, audit logs of approvals you grant. No advertising or behavioural profiling.

Moegent's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• What we access from Google — when you connect Gmail we read message metadata + bodies you ask Moegent to act on and we send messages on your behalf only when you explicitly ask. When you connect Calendar we read events to brief you on your schedule and create / modify events when you ask. When you connect Contacts we read contact entries to address messages correctly.
• What we use it for — solely to deliver the user-facing feature you asked for in the same conversation. We do not pre-fetch, mine, or aggregate your Google data outside of answering your request.
• No advertising — we do not use Google user data to serve, target, or measure advertising.
• No AI / model training — we do not use Google user data, your prompts, or your assistant's replies to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any AI model, ours or anyone else's.
• No sale or transfer — we do not sell, lease, or transfer Google user data to data brokers, advertisers, or any third party, except as strictly necessary to operate the user-facing feature (e.g. relaying an outbound email through Google's own SMTP) or as required by law.
• No human review without consent — humans (us) do not read Google user data unless you explicitly grant access for a specific support incident, security investigation, or as otherwise required by law. Approvals for any such access are logged.

• We do not sell your data to anyone.
• We do not use your conversations or connected-service data to train AI models.
• We do not share your data with advertisers.
• We do not read your data ourselves outside of incidents you have reported and consented to in writing.

Each user's workspace runs in an isolated container on Moegent infrastructure. Conversations and connector data are stored on encrypted volumes, accessible only to processes serving your own account. OAuth tokens are stored in per-workspace credential stores and are never logged.

Conversations and memory entries are retained for as long as your account is active. When you delete a connected service, the OAuth token and the cached data fetched through it are removed within 24 hours. When you delete your account, all conversations, memory entries, and credentials are deleted within 30 days. You can export or delete data at any time by emailing hello@moegent.com.

Independent of jurisdiction we provide: data export on request, deletion on request, and the ability to revoke any connected service from inside the app. EEA / UK / California residents have all rights granted by GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA respectively; requests are honoured within 30 days.

We may update this policy as Moegent evolves. Material changes (especially anything that expands how we use Google user data) will be communicated in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
